Order a Plan Customization Quote
At FreeGreen, our goal is to give you the best design possible. Our professional design staff will modify any FreeGreen plan to your exact specifications. Whether you need to expand a room, add an office, move a garage, or even develop a complete HVAC design, we are ready to adapt our designs to your lifestyle.
The Three Steps of Plan Customization:
Step 1: Purchase a $25 modification cost estimate. This fee will be applied to the cost of modifications, if you decide to proceed. Our design experts will review your request and e-mail you a cost estimate (with timeline) within 3-5 business days.
If you indicate you wish to proceed, you will be sent an invoice for 50 percent of the estimated total cost of modifying the plans (less your $25 credit).
Step 2: After we receive payment, we will create preliminary modifications for your review.
Step 3: Approve the plan modifications. Once you are happy with our work, we will send you an invoice for the remainder of your bill. After you have paid this invoice, we will e-mail you a full PDF set of modified drawings, energy data (if necessary), HVAC designs (if necessary), and specification books (if necessary).
